As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while driving process improvement, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Manage and oversee daily business operations, to be executed efficiently, and in alignment with internal policies and procedures
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements on operational processes
- Partner the Compliance team to support the client onboarding process and new client set up activities
- Identify process optimisation opportunities to improve productivity and provide cost reduction.
- Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures.
- Provide detailed operational and management reports to senior management
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding operational matters.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operations with overall business objectives.
- Maintenance of system static data and process documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Exchange, Trading or Brokerage Operations or end-to-end experience in handling settlements, reconciliations, and payment processes
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in system enhancement and testing for the implementation of operations-related projects.
- Good understanding or experience in securities / derivatives / fixed income / FX instruments and market practices in issuance, trading and custody operations
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC processes.
- Understanding or interest in blockchain technology would be a plus point
