HydraX provides regulatory-compliant, enterprise-ready solutions to prepare institutional clients for the future of finance. We seek to bridge the transition to a tokenised capital markets ecosystem by offering asset-agnostic solutions which allow interoperability between traditional and digital assets. Our clients include exchanges, banks, brokerages, and other financial institutions.
We are looking for a talented designer who is articulate in identifying user behaviours and passionate in building the future of financial technology. You will have the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce wireframes, user flows, mockups and prototypes
- Analyse and translate product requirements into high quality user interfaces
- Identify UX problems and incorporate usability findings to enhance user experience
- Conduct user research and competitive product analysis for new product ideas
- Create and manage design system for reusable design and drive UI components creation
- Create design specifications that include UI component details and user flows logic
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure that designs are properly implemented
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Design, Information Systems, or other related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in designing iOS/Android mobile or Web application ideally a trading or financial platform
- Solid design philosophy, deep understanding and experience in UI/UX design and related fields
- Excellent skills in Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch or Invision
- Understanding of technology capabilities such as HTML, CSS and front end technologies
- Passionate and detail-oriented
- Good logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of trading or fintech would be a plus
